Premiera is a school management platform operated by your school (the data controller). This policy explains how student, parent, teacher, and staff personal data is collected and used. It is governed by Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 (PDPL).
Account details (name, email, phone), student records (enrollment, attendance, grades), fee and payment records, and messages sent through the platform. We collect only what the school needs to operate.
To run school operations: managing classes and enrollment, recording attendance and grades, issuing and collecting fees, and communicating with parents and students. We do not sell personal data.
By using the platform, parents and guardians consent to the processing of their and their children's data for the purposes above. For students under 18, a parent or guardian provides consent.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, and you may withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact your school administration.
Data is kept for as long as the school requires it for legitimate educational and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized. We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access, and regular backups.
